My Expiration/Renewal Date Aren't Correct

Is your yearly Premium membership on our website is causing a little confusion with the expiration/renewal date in the app?

There's no need for confusion! 😉

The expiration/renewal date can be found in the app under your "Profile" directly below your username.

If you had a subscription via Apple before your website purchase and there's an overlap with the new website purchase, you will first see the expiration/renewal date of your "old" subscription.

➡️ The "new" date will pop up automatically once the previous subscription expires!


When you log in to our website, you should spot the correct date in your profile. So, if you want to double-check, that's the place to be. 👀

If you have more questions or run into issues on this matter, feel free to reach out to our support. If you do want to get in touch, please include the following:

  • A screenshot of your profile view on the website, clearly showing your username and details about your website purchase.
  • A screenshot of the profile tab from the app, clearly displaying your username and the expiration date below.
  • The profile ID, which is the identification number for your PayPal subscription. You can find this at the bottom of the order confirmation from PayPal. It's got the following format: "I-XXXXXXXXXX".
