I recently email your company and got a reply. I was asked to create a password to log into the help centre.
Not sure what you want me to do now as none of the FAQ give me the solution.

A very handy feature would be the ability to search ridden and planned rides. It's great to be able to give them descriptive names, but when you have over a 100 it's very difficult to find a specific ride. Love the program! Best, Matt
