can't open the map
Hi @ttt3 – thanks for your message!
The spinning arrows or loading issues you’re seeing can sometimes be caused by browser settings or extensions. Please try the following:
1. Disable add-ons / VPNs / adblockers
Some extensions can interfere with website features. Try turning them off temporarily.
2. Open an incognito/private window
This helps rule out any issues caused by stored data or browser extensions.
3. Try a different browser
If you’re using Firefox, try Chrome – or the other way around.
4. Try enabling or disabling hardware acceleration (WebGL)
In Chrome: go to chrome://settings/?search=acceleration and make sure hardware acceleration is enabled. If it already is, try deactivating it.
In Firefox: search for “hardware” in the settings and activate or deactivate the option.
If none of that helps, just reach out to us directly using the Contact From button at the top of this page. We’ll take a closer look together!
Thanks again and safe riding.
