Are your offline maps not displaying properly or is something going wrong during the download?
➡️ Often, simply canceling the download or deleting the offline map and downloading it again can resolve the issue.
If that doesn't help, please try installing the app completely – Note: After reinstalling, you'll need to log in again, and all your offline maps will be deleted!
- Try downloading your offline maps again – Here is a guide on how to do it.
- Check if you have enough space on your phone – If possible, we recommend saving your offline maps on your device’s internal storage.
- Connect your device to a charging cable while downloading.
- Ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection (Wi-Fi).
- Avoid locking or turning off the screen during the download.
Please note:
In many cases, temporary server issues can cause failed or delayed downloads. If this happens, waiting for a while and trying again later often resolves the problem.

My desktop version (where I do my planning) is NOT showing the background maps. I've been a fully paid up user for a number of years and NEVER had this problem in the past..
It's working patent on my phone app...

Offline maps are only available within the calimoto apps and aren’t used on the website, so it sounds like you may be experiencing a different issue than the one described in this article.
Could you please contact us directly via the Contact Form button at the top of this page or by email at support@calimoto.com and include a screenshot of what you’re seeing? It would also be helpful to know which browser and operating system you’re using.
