My Expiration/Renewal Date Isn't Correct

Did you sign up for an annual Premium membership on our website, and now the expiration/renewal date in the app doesn't match?

No need to worry! 😉

You can find the expiration/renewal date in the app in your "Profile" right below your username.

If you previously had a subscription via Apple and it overlaps with your new website purchase, the app will initially display the expiration/renewal date of your "old" subscription.

➡️ The "new" date will automatically appear once the previous subscription expires!

Tip:

When you log in to our website, you should spot the correct date in your profile. So, if you want to double-check, that's the place to be. 👀

If you have more questions or run into issues, feel free to reach out to our support. If you do want to get in touch, please include the following:

  • A screenshot of your profile view on the website, clearly showing your username and details about your website purchase.
  • A screenshot of the profile tab from the app, clearly displaying your username and the expiration date below.
  • The profile ID, which is the identification number for your PayPal subscription. You can find this at the bottom of the order confirmation from PayPal. It's got the following format: "I-XXXXXXXXXX".
