Don't like your current username anymore? Made a typo or just want to switch up your style? No worries, you can now easily change your username yourself, either on the website or directly in the app (iOS only).
Here's how:
- Log in with your current account.
- Head to your profile area.
- Right at the top under your current username, you'll see the option "Change username." Click on it.
- Enter your new username and confirm it with "Save changes."
- Voilà, your username has been updated! You might need to restart the app to see the change.
Please note:
Usernames can only include standard letters and numbers. The only special characters allowed are underscores (_) and dots (.). Emojis and special fonts won't work. Also, usernames that are already taken can't be used!

I cannot change my user name i have an option to change photo that's it
Hi @MarkAttfield - if you’re using the Android app, that would explain it 😊.
At the moment, changing your username isn’t supported in the Android app. However, you can easily do it on our website:
1. Log in at calimoto.com
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
3. Under your current username, you’ll see a blue “Change username” option
If that option isn’t showing up or isn’t working for you, please get in touch with us directly (support@calimoto.com) and send along a screenshot as well as some details about your browser and device. We’ll be happy to take a closer look.
