Can’t access your calimoto account anymore but still want to delete it? Or did you try deleting it in the app without success?
No worries – in most cases, you can still delete your account yourself. Just follow these steps:
How to Delete Your Account Without Access
- Restore access: Forgot your password or username? Follow the instructions in our Forgot Your Password or Username? article to reset your password. All you need is the email address associated with your calimoto account.
- Log in: Once you've reset your password, log back in to the app with your account details.
- Delete your account: You can now delete your account by following the instructions in our How Do I Delete My calimoto Account? article.
Still having trouble?
If you still can't access your account or are unable to delete it in the app, get in touch with our Support Team. We'll review your request and see what we can do.
Important:
Please make sure to contact us using the email address you used to register your calimoto account. This is the only way we can verify that the account belongs to you.
Please note:
Once deleted, your calimoto account cannot be restored. All your saved data and rides will be lost.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the platform where you originally purchased it: the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or directly on our website.
