Here’s how to delete your calimoto account:
- Open your "Profile."
- Tap your username at the top.
- Scroll down and select "Delete Account."
- Confirm the prompt and finish by tapping "Delete."
Important:
Once your calimoto account is deleted, it can not be restored or recovered. This means all your saved data and rides will be permanently lost.
Deleting your calimoto account does not automatically cancel your Premium subscription. To avoid continued charges, make sure to cancel your subscription in the place you originally purchased it — either in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or on our website. Otherwise, your subscription will continue to renew and be billed as usual, even if your account has already been deleted.

I successfully cancelled my subscription but with an expiration date of 12/27/2026. But I want to cancel it as of NOW, 12/27/2025!
My AMEX just charged me for another year which I do NOT want! HELP!

I wasn’t able to find a calimoto profile linked to the email address used here, so I'm not sure if the issue has been resolved yet or not. If not could you please contact us directly with your profile details, such as your username or the email linked to your calimoto account 🙏🏼?

I consider your company to be a scam operation, given the way you make it unnecessarily difficult to cancel a subscription and close an account.
I have repeatedly attempted to cancel my subscription and account, but you have effectively made this impossible by preventing me from proceeding through the cancellation process.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely poor service.

We’re sorry that the process was so confusing and frustrating for you. We try to make the different options as transparent as possible, but we also know that there can sometimes be confusion between cancelling a Premium subscription and deleting a calimoto account, as these are two separate processes.
