You want to plan a ride and already have a rough idea of what you’re looking for, but you’re not quite sure where you want to go yet?

Then let our new AI Trip Planner (Beta) inspire you: Simply describe your ideal ride and our AI will create a route based on your preferences.

In this article, you’ll learn how to use the AI Trip Planner and what you should keep in mind.

✨ How it Works

1. Start a new ride: Open the Map and tap "New Ride."
2. Select "Describe your ride."

3. Tell us about your ideal ride: Describe your ideal ride as precisely as possible. The more detail you provide, the better the AI can create a route that matches your preferences.

   For example, you can specify the following details:

   • Where should the ride start?
   • Where would you like to ride?
   • Would you like a round trip or a ride to a specific destination?
   • Roughly how long should the ride be?
   • Which routing profile would you like to use (e.g., Winding or Twisty)?
   • Are there any specific stops or places that should be included?
   • Are there any roads or areas that should be avoided?

   There’s no strict format. Just include anything that matters to you.

4. The AI creates your ride: Based on your description, our AI will generate a suitable route. You'll also receive a brief route description, along with notes, suggestions, and tips on how to further refine your ride.
5. View and adjust your ride: If you’re not fully happy with the result yet, you can:
   • tap “Try again” before opening the route to have the AI generate another route based on your original description, or
   • tap "View" to open the generated route on the map and fine-tune it manually.
