How Do I Use My calimoto Account on a New or Additional Device?

Got a new phone or want to use calimoto on your tablet too? No problem! You can use your calimoto account on multiple devices at the same time.

Here’s how to sign in on your new device, find your rides, and keep using calimoto Premium.

Your calimoto account

Sign in on your new device with the same login details you used before. Important: Use the same sign-in method too. If you previously signed in with Apple, Google, or email, choose the same option on your new device. Otherwise, you might accidentally create a second account.

Your rides

Your planned and completed rides are linked to your calimoto account and sync automatically to your new device. All you need is a stable internet connection. If you’ve saved lots of rides, syncing may take a little while. Learn more in our article Can I Transfer My Rides to a New Device?.

Your Premium purchase

Whether you can use calimoto Premium on your new device depends on where you bought it:

Purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. This means you can only use Premium on devices with the same operating system, either iOS or Android. Make sure you’re signed in on your new device with the same Apple ID or Google account.

Android tip: Using multiple Google accounts on your device? Make sure the account you used to purchase Premium is set as the primary account in the Google Play Store.

Purchased through our website

Your purchase is linked to your calimoto account. That means you can use Premium on all your devices, whether they run iOS or Android. Just make sure you sign in everywhere with the same calimoto account.
